We dined at Sage for my friend’s birthday, and I was really impressed by how accommodating all the staff were to meet our needs. The inside was too noisy so we asked to sit outside and they were able to put two tables together for us in the street due to Phoenixville’s first Friday street closure. We started off with the fried calamari rings which were a little chewy but the spicy marinara sauce was delicious. The eggplant Parmesan and the special linguine Bolognese were both wonderful and generous portions.

1st time here. We came with another couple. Our waiter Michael was very soft-spoken and hard to hear at times but very nice. We started with the fried calamari, and it was good. For dinner, I had the fettuccine de mares, which is pasta with seafood. My husband had the rack of lamb. He said it was the best he ever had. All the portions are large compared to other fine dining restaurants. My friend had the fettuccine with smoked salmon, which was excellent. Her boyfriend Angus steak and felt it was tough. For dessert, we got the creme brulee, carrot cake, which was dry, and a triple chocolate cake. Good thing we had early reservations because the place was packed by the time our dinner was served. We had to flag our waiter down to order dessert and to get the check.

A chef owned restaurant with an authentic Mediterranean food, plus other options. The food has a fine bland of spices as you would find in a local Mediterranean restaurant, the meat appears to be great quality, as well as all the other ingredients. The atmosphere is great, cozy, pretty paints, with proper fine dishes, good service, and a fair price. I had a great unexpected experience.

Again, we had an amazing dinner. This is such a hidden gem in town- especially for a BYO. Quiet and intimate, great food and excellent service. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The meals were graciously amended to address the dining preferences (there was a vegan in our party) and everything was really just relaxing and enjoyable. We have eaten here before and will absolutely return.

Spectacular BYOB in Phoenixville! The food was so amazing we drug right in and I only took photos of half the dishes. Al five in my party thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. Tomato caprese, calamari and the sampler with hummus etc all great. I had one of the many specials with grouper which was very enjoyable. We also tried the backlava, pistachio ice cream all excellent. To top it off the staff is very on point! Will be back

Enjoyed a nice lunch at Sage. We ordered a Greek Salad, a bowl of Lentil Soup, and the Sage Mediterranean Platter. The portions were large, and the three dishes were more than enough food (they also brought fresh bread). The Mediterranean Platter was the highlight- the baba ganoush was deliciously creamy and the veggies were cooked perfectly. Service was great. I will have to go back for dinner soon.
